Schlitterbahn Water Parks and Resorts - Mom's Ice Chest Challenge #BahnCooler

Summer is upon and we can't wait to visit the hottest coolest place in Texas - Schlitterbahn!  Every Summer we have a family reunion at our favorite waterpark.  Schlitterbahn is a family friendly park with awesome rides, free parking, and plenty of room for a picnic - Yes, a picnic!  Families can bring in their own ice chest. We all bring coolers filled with goodies, way more convenient that waiting in food lines or spending unnecessary money.   

 My family loves Cooler Corn.  What is Cooler Corn? Cooler Corn is just what it sounds like: corn on the cob, cooked in a cooler.  First we clean the cooler thoroughly and then dump in shucked ears of corn. Pour in a couple boiling water to cover the corn, and shut the lid. This cooks the corn perfectly in 30 minutes!  The corn will stay hot and ready to eat for several hours.
